Terrible. I booked through treatwell, for eye lash and eye brow tint. I arrived and was not greeted, there was knowone on the front desk and one beautician doing a clients nails. I then received an email whilst I was in there saying my appointment was cancelled? I asked the consultant who said you will have to wait for my colleague as I dont deal with that, but said I am sure you are on the system.Her colleague appeared, NO apology just said yes I cancelled you, you should of come for a patch test its clear on our web site. One-I booked through treatwell, it is not clear and should be in bold sent to the client to come in for a separate appointment for a patch test. I have run spas and multi million pound beauty businesses and my customers are my world. The fact that there was not even an apology has really upset me. I would not recommend this place. Beauty is about well being and feeling good about yourself, this did not hit that critera.
I cannot stress enough how wonderful this place is. I've had a few full body massages with Saskia and all have been excellent. The place is very clean, cosy with wonderful luxurious decor and detailing, the staff friendly calm and professional, booking very easy with on line and app booking available. They normally have availability after 5pm which with a full time job is invaluable. Best place in Portsmouth for a massage hands down! Don't hesitate to try it.
