CAFCASS only take into account what the SW involved says and you don't get a fair hearing . Make their minds up before seeing all or any evidence from either side . If your SW hates you so will CAFCASS
Don't waste your time here as witness, most of the time crooks are acquitted. They find any reason not to punish anyone, complete waste of time.
