I love this shop for its quality and range. It does tend to be more expensive for some items but I have had a few good deals on furniture, TV and Hi Fi. The offer excellent warranties and a reliable and polite delivery service. Overall, they represent value and quality.Sad to read that this store will be closing in July 2019.
Love these shops always spend well in both. Cafe in one so you can take a stroll around and then have a coffee.
John Lewis has changed its refund policy and will no longer give you a gift card unless you have the original receipt. They are of course entirely within their rights to do so but they have kept very quiet about it. Shame on them for this. Beware Christmas shoppers!
Always enjoy shopping in any John Lewis store. Southampton yesterday and Southsea today. Wonderful to still find a haberdashery dept. where I bought super buttons to personalise a new coat! Assistance available very quickly and also served quickly and with courtesy. Despite carrying a range of up to the minute stock, there is an old world charm and civil atmosphere in their stores which I find very attractive and in short supply elsewhere. Thank you John Lewis.
Knight and Lee in Southsea are just the loveliest group of people. We've shopped there a long time and Natalie, Adrian and Laura, in particular, are fantastic with our daughter. We are always made to feel welcome by all the staff and the displays are beautiful and far too enticing!
