Just received very cold reception in this florists. Was waiting to be served while shop assistant was having a personal conversation with a friend (not being served) I waited a few minutes and stuck my head in where a lady was making up flowers and asked if anyone was serving ? She replied 'yes she's meant to be out there' (referring to assistant in shop) I said ok not to worry and left ... Took my business elsewhere
This florist was recommended to me by some people of Portsmouth as the best Florist in the city. They were not wrong. The flower arrangement, Coffin spray and additional flowers for my mother's funeral were without doubt exceptional. The process or ordering and choosing the colours and designs was made easy by a very helpful staff. They clearly enjoy their work and the humour in the shop was evident. At the funeral the flowers were amazing, relatives and friends how beautiful the red and white flowers looked laid upon the coffin. They even contacted the funeral director to make sure what time the flowers where needed by for me. I cannot thank the ladies in the shop for making the process so easy, especially when you are arranging the funeral for your mother. Thank you. .
