Had a few specific questions about a bed base we wanted to order, we weren't fobbed off with a salesman avoiding the question or guesswork, they contacted the manufacturer for us and answered accurately. Very friendly service, kept upto date on the order and delivered to the room of our choice within half an hour of them receiving the stock. Also about half the price than a national company charge. Also we received feet for the divan aswell as castors at no extra charge (we'd requested these instead of so did not expect as well as) Very happy with our bed and would definitely use again.
