Was struggling to get a door latch and although the gentleman i spoke to was unable to supply one, he advised me what to look for online and i had one ordered within minutes. Above and beyond, well recommended. What customer service should be.
This guy has stuff that's really hard to find, eg: I've replaced a couple of internal doors and old hinges always had to be packed out with sheets of card due to hinge recesses cut very deep in the frame. I mentioned that and I was told that the houses in the area used cast iron hinges, not sheet metal. These fit perfectly! Who knew?
A lot of stuff that it's difficult to get elsewhere, but the owner is a bit surly.
