Needed to get new locks for my elderly mother. Not only did Matthew provide a quick & prompt response, but also patiently talked her through the options, thereby matching the lock with the users ability. I know that last bit sounds stupid - but trust me it will save me years of my life going around to let her back in when she locks herself out, again. Can't recommend him highly enough.
I called Matt on a Sunday as we needed our house locks changed after a break in to our car. He was at our house within 10 minutes and did the job quickly! He also found out what has been wrong with our front door for a while and is going to come and fix that for us at a later date. I would highly recommend Matt if you need a locksmith!

Matthew is a very polite man whom from the start of our call out to the hand shake after..He helped my mum who has Alzheimer's get into her home as promptly and to feel safe.
