At the time of review, the 4.99 tickets are much more appealing than other cinemas monthly passes; I've gone here more frequently since the price drop. Unfortunately, the food prices are a bit over the top; I get why they're high, but it's too high in my opinion. Otherwise, great site.
Good selection of films (though not all new releases shown). Staff are friendly and helpful. Best value cinema in the area 4.99 all day (2D screenings)
Great value now most cinemas have reduced their ticket prices.Love an early film during the week, nice and quiet.If you have a spare 5 on a cold winters morning, I would highly recommend a visit if you need to kill a couple of hours and be entertained in the warm!
Reasonably priced at 4.99 at the moment. Mini mornings are good and even cheaper with older kids films being shared. We did however come to as fantastic beasts a while ago and due to a Portsmouth power cut we were kicked out of the Cinema. This in itself wasnt an issue as we were advised we could get a refund and by the time we were home the power was back on. However the amount of work involved to get the refund was ridiculous. No refund could be claimed online or in store, so upon deciding we would go to the cinema again we had to call Vue obtain a refund. It took 45 minutes before we could even speak to anyone!The store itself is pretty up to date, sometimes the ladies loos are a bit grim and could do with a clean. The prices for food and drinks are inflated as they always are in cinemas. Overall Id give the store 4/5 but the customer service and terrible call waiting times knocks it down to a 3/5.
I think that making the tickets 4.99 was a great idea, even the food is cheaper. You can tell it was a good call because it is very busy. The cinema is massive and has everything you could want. The screen is big the sound system is Amazing. The seats are comfortable. I would recommend VIP seating.
