Parking is close to the Hovertravel terminal and various other attractions along the promenade. Parking can be paid in cash, over the phone or via a mobile app. Season tickets are available from Portsmouth council, and also sold by Hovertravel on the council's behalf. There are a limited number of spaces that can be booked in advance via Just park. Spray from the sea and hovercraft can reach cars parked toward the bottom of the site.
I park here every day for commuting purposes. Permits are available at reasonable cost and I've never been unable to park. Downside is that theft and damage to vehicles is common.
