Lovely seafood but risotto very overpriced and small portion. Lobster platter would have been overpriced if we had not had a voucher. Service was excellent but seated at drafty table and despite booking they'd not move us. Ruined birthday celebrations and friend had a stone in her salad. We used to visit regularly. Time to try elsewhere...
Always good for fresh healthy fish. Bit there are plenty of options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. The fish soups are particularly good.I also love to have 1/2 dozen oysters for breakfast on a Sunday. But they are small like French Rock oysters. I still have not understood why I can obtain Scottish oysters 4 times the size of Loch Fynes offering from my fish monger in Malta (he trades tuna for oysters) but Loch Fyne, as I understand it, has its own Fish farm but still cannot obtain decent sized Scottish oysters. Have we become so poor a nation that we now send our best produce abroad?Well worth a visit while we still have fish to eat
Went for the second time and it was just as good. The staff were lovely and the food delicious. Fantastic spot for a lunch break from shopping.
Well organized and presented, with good service. The quality of food lived up to expectations, I would recommend the oysters as a starter, especially if you've never tried one! The seafood platter was also a winner. Looking forward to a return visit. Excellent range of drinks, and the cocktails were fantastic too.
What a brilliant place to eat. The surroundings were great, the food was excellent and I can't remember when I have received better service. Our waitress was attentive in the service that she provided. There was a small issue (of our own making) but she was aware of it and had addressed it before we said anything.I cannot recommend this place enough. We will be returning.
