Great service, great massage, I'd highly recommend Figura of Southsea. To make a telephone booking couldn't have been easier, with well trained knowledgable staff. When I arrived I was asked to fill out a record card and was offered a hot drink, I took advantageous of a delicious coffee. The hot stones massage is honestly the best massage I have ever had......AMAZING!! I am looking forward to trying some of the many other treatments available..... See you very soon Figura!!!
Wonderful beauty salon.I know a lot of people who have been here and heard nothing but good about it so thought I would try as local to me, had a facial and manicure / pedicure, I have to say they were attentive, the whole vibe was relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, I have been to a lot of beauty salons but this one beats them all, I will definitely go back and have In fact booked another appointment already.
Great staff, great service, I would 100% recommend Figura of southsea to anyone. I regularly have microdermabrasion which has helped me over come a skin condition. Thanks to all the staff at Figura.
Worst manicure I have ever had. I chose to upgrade and have a Shellac treatment for an extra 10 as I was going on holiday but it started peeling after 4 days and was gone only 5 days after it was applied. Upon my return I phoned the salon and was told that I could not have a refund for the Shellac as it was my word against theirs, appalling customer service from the manager of the salon! Definitely not going back EVER!
