Be careful. I have tried to book a cruise today and the offer on their website does not exist. They are advertising an onboard spend if you book a cruise with Princess Cruise line. You get to the final deal and then when you ask how much the on board spend will be they say its cancelled. You can get an onboard spend if you pay an extra 1000 and then that will give you an 800 allowance? I have checked with Princess cruises direct and the onboard spend offer is still current.I was told the website would be removing the offer advertised but after 5 hours it is still displaying the incorrect details. I don't trust them. Be careful.
Terrible company!!!! would not cancel a holiday my parents had booked a further 400 had been paid. Holiday was 5 months ahead. Due to terminal illness diagnosis. Threatened with Court an baliffs. AVOID
Waited couple of hours for a call. Rang them. Informed they were on the case and would return a call with answer to query. Never got back.
BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!These people ( if you can call them that) will promise you every thing till they get the deposit then they dont want to know ! Everything they promised is no longer available !Get everything verified in writing before paying a penny !The whole chain of command is rotten to the core.
We have had poor experiences each time we book with Planet Cruise but have booked a few times as the bargains they offered made up for the fact that the people taking the booking do not always know as much as they should about the cruises they are taking your money for. The final straw was leaving us, two disabled people, without help or attention when they messed up the return transfer from Venice port to the airport and we were unable to contact them at the time of the incident to sort the problem out. I have always had the impression that once they have your final payment they lose interest in you and nothing they have done in my dealing with them has changed my mind. I am of an age where good customer service outbids cheap deals that are not really all that inexpensive. I will not be booking them again .
