Jaded would be too kind a description. Lacking any kind of USP, it's a place you might shop for folks who don't read. Perhaps change the name to 'The End of Books'?

If you say you open at 10.00am please do so. I waited until 10.10 on a Saturday and then had to go elsewhere. Unreliable.
