Nice coffee. Relaxed atmosphere. Tends to get really busy at weekends and can queue for sometime.
We have just been in for a cup of tea with our dog, sat down at the back of the cafe with our tea, having been sat here for 10 minutes; we were then told by a member of staff that we couldnt sit in this area of the cafe only at the front, few members of staff had walked past and nothing was said. The one member of staff who told us we couldnt sit there, was rude and had no eye contact to tell us why. There is no where in the cafe to say that the front part of the cafe is the dog friendly area. Wouldnt recommend it if you have a dog.
Independent coffee shop in Southsea. Lots of seating and the sort of thing one would expect if an independent coffee shop.
Always busy - proof of how good they are! - excellent coffee and a good range of food items for light lunches or a naughty cake to accompany the coffee.
Coffee and cake amazing. It was apparent the store was under staffed. The assistants did the best they could under the circumstances. Many tables required clearing and the toilets needed cleaning attention. Expect these discrepancies were due to the lack of staff. Apart from that great. Would imagine much better in the week when less busy than a hectic Saturday afternoon.
