"Simply extraordinary". Due to unforeseen personal circumstances I was a difficult customer. Assistant Matt went above and beyond to get me on the road. After a quick phone call Matt made an action plan which got me to work in the nick of time. All the front desk staff at enterprise were pleasant and helpful. My small criticism would be that a grumpy manager at the branch openly criticized front desk working practice whilst I was there. For the experience to have been perfect I would expect these discussions to occur behind closed doors.
Staff very helpful, could have explained the functions of the car I was hoping a little better but other than that, good service and dropped me off home once my rental was up
I had an urgent need of a car whilst visiting Bournemouth. My Mum had had a fall in Portsmouth and I needed to get to her asap. I booked this online, I got an immediate email back and within the email a number to call if I needed a pick up. They kindly agreed to this, even though it was outside of their 24 hour notice policy. George picked me up and was incredibly understanding and helpful. This made a very difficult situation alot easier for me. Outstanding service - many thanks indeed. Would recommend to anyone.
Excellent service and car. Very easy and fast collection of the car at the start of the rental and the same when we returned it. Both times we were dealt with by Stanley - very professional, polite and friendly guy. Never used Enterprise before - but now will use them on a regular basis going forward based on this experience. Was also extremely pleased with the price we paid for a 7 day rental. No hesitation recommending Enterprise.
We have rented a car from Enterprise for 2 days only but Ive been really happy with the service provided from the stuff. Matthew, Stanley and the rest of the team has been always nice and very professional with us.They have been really kind to give us a drop at the station after dropping off the car.My car was in perfect conditions and we had no problems at all with it.Highly reccomanded and, again, very happy to have used their cars.
