Worst practice ever - they have been sent a message by my physiotherapist (to whom I was referred by them) to prescribe pain killers and pills for sciatic nerve problems to help cope with the pain while doing physiotherapy. They said they havent received anything then the physiotherapist had to ring them to confirm that the message is there - they were still unable to find it and now want me to book an appointment with the GP although physiotherapist confirmed that they just need to write a prescription ready for me to collect. Booking an appointment is a nightmare - you can only book on the day appointments by ringing only at 8:30 every morning. As expected, phone line is always busy at that time. Been trying to book an appointment for 4 days now with no luck. Called the ambulance last night because I couldnt cope with the pain anymore. They answered today at 8:43 to tell me that its fully booked for today and I need to try again. I have explained multiple times that the pills are for pain relief as in severe pain. Now they want me to go in to say this in writing...
