Not very happy! A year ago I took an emerald eternity ring in to have the stone replaced. And a watch to have the battery changed. The watch still didnt work after the battery was changed so took watch back & was told they cant do anything because the parts for that watch werent available. We held onto it for sentimental value as my husbands wedding gift. Moved away from area and within 2 months thecsame stone onMy eternity ring came out. No longer in the area to get rectified. Have recently taken my husbands watch onThe off chance to different jewellers in our new area, theyve replaced the battery and its working! I am not happy and wouldnt trust this jewellers with any of my valuables.

Lieing and deceitful sold my husband and gold and white gold combination necklace only to have it valued by a reputable jewellers to find out its actually silver!! Wont give me a refund just calls the police disgusting customer
Their company policy is that they don't do refunds so be aware. Prices might be cheaper than elsewhere but if you have any problems you will get no refund whatsoever....rather pay a little more somewhere else and get a much better service and a refund if you have any issues. ..
