Great library staff are extra helpful access for wheelchair round back of store dont be put of by stairs very large accessible toilet
Lovely historic building.Big IT Computer Suite in library.Friendly and helpful staff.Only library in Portsmouth that has SD Card Slot on computer monitor screens in the IT Computer Suite part of the library thus you can access directly off your memory cards.Childrens library section too; also open later on Monday's but closes for lunch from 12.30pm to 1.30pm Mon to Fri.Closed on Thursdays.

Not good,when I need the computers,they are never working&they haven't worked for ages,when will they work again,shouldn't have to keep ringing up,wen I need to go there?not good enough
