Best place to study and relax
If you have an enquiry people here don't look at you as a human being. You are a student number and not a human being. They will not help you if you need special assistance or have specific needs. The staff are like robots that know guidelines and they speak like parrots and they are not concerned about students. I saw you responded to a person who had similar issues "As you can see from other reviews the majority are happy" no they are not happy you have only 33 reviews 34 including this.. Maybe the big ratings come from the staff? We don't know that but yet it is still possible and if you see there are more than 1 , 1 star ratings. Yes it is a big library but the staff are not helpful. I am a second attempt student but the decision was not yet made even though i have my marks already but you made me give back my books and I have to go into unnecessary proof that I am still in university to keep my books. If I do not bring the books back then I am not able to graduate? what is this nonsense? this is the nonsense I am talking about. We are not human beings we are a student number for you and you know it so do not reply to each and everyone with some stupid reply just suck up the review and do something about it. Thank you.
After 3 years studying in that university and spending lots of time in that library I have concluded that the customer service of the staff is not only terrible but based on a very rigid policy which needs to be reviewed or dismissed. Maybe some of the rude staff need be dismissed too. Answer to the owner: The policy which does not allow graduates to book a room for more than 1 hour in order to be interviewed by employers. The policy requires the librarian to interrupt your interview and ask you to come to the reception in order to re-book the room. You need to tell your librarians that they servicing student interests and we are paying customers. If you have any more queries let me know
