Rooms are ver big and clean. The girl in the reception was very help full. It is in the town center and close to all the attractions

Horrible service, lack of details and photos.Where do I start with this one?First of all, I had no information on how to get inside the building. They made me wait 15 minutes in the rain before they responded.Secondly, my bed sheets had stains on them, as well as the floor itself.And finally, 4 drunk people woke me up at 3 am claiming that the reception sent them to my room to sleep in. Keep in mind, the reception is a tight, small backroom. The drunk people kept on making noise with no word from "reception"....Horrible service. Would. Not. Recommend.
Basic clean room & amenities for the price.Generous sized bed for two.Close to central Portsmouth.I would not have personally chosen a basement room, curtains kept drawn as window looks out on a dirty wall/yard.Did not sleep well laundry room next door and light permanently on in access hall.Good for one night but not longer.Suggest more milk pots for tea and coffee: need 2 for each drink.
