Stayed here after taking step son to Portsmouth university.which later he dropped out of ? Shame that.Anyway stayed here a night. Quite expensive I thought. But near a supermarket and a pub which serves nice food .
Well worth the money. Only reason I never gave it 5 was I found a hair in my breakfast. These things happen and I was nearly done so never even bothered to complain. Breakfast had great choice and well.worth the extra payment. Also really close to the cross ferry ports.
Great service staff truly was amazing and was made to feel welcome.Air conditioning in room which was needed on fourth floor.Breakfast service 8/10 Evening restaurant service the staff truly couldnt do more.Good selection of spirits available.Bedroom was good size All in all would go back anytime
Always good wherever you are. Never perfect but very satisfactory for the price. You have to look out the window in the morning to remind yourself where you are because Premier have perfected conformity. Funnily enough, though, this particular hotel IS different - no bath just a shower cubicle. I don't think it started life as a Premier. That was not a criticism.
