Very friendly staff, there to make sure you enjoy the excellent food. Physical access not suitable for semi or non ambulant people, who require accessible accommodation. Steps, no access lift, or accessable toilets. Ouch!!!
Had some great meals although generally get peckish a few hours later. Wine list good as is service. Beginning to look a little dated now but don't let that distract from the quality.
Having numerous food allergies means restaurant visits can be highly stressful, not to mention embarrassing when you're asking about ingredients and how they are cooked. On the times we have visited here this has never been the case. The attention to detail before and during the meal was above and beyond. The staff were considerate and nothing was too much trouble. The result was that with the adjustments made to my menu I never felt I was a nuisance and was able to enjoy almost the same menu they advertised. I can not rate them highly enough.
