I feel so bad for taking so long to getting around to writing this review. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Erica and her team at Portsmouth who are so friendly and helpful. I'm no longer storing stuff there, but will definitely go back if I ever need storage again (oh, and I'm so sorry for breaking the dustpan and brush you lent me while clearing out). Extremely polite and helpful Staff member explained the options available and prices in full. I was shown the various sizes of storage units which would meet my requirements which was very impressive. As a result, I took up a unit the same day. Excellent service from the start.
