I've been a customer of The Drystack for 7 years now and cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service they provide. They always go out of their way to ensure you can use your boat even at short notice. My boat has remained in fantastic condition thanks to being stored under cover and their facilities are first class.
I have kept my RIB at the Drystack for four years now and have nothing but praise for the facility. The staff are friendly and efficient, the RIB is kept in excellent condition being stored undercover, and I can get it refuelled and launched whenever I want. They have a full range of support services on hand to take care of boat maintenance and they even have an excellent cafe on site to take care of 'refuelling' yourself and your guests!!
We keep our 7 meter sports top at Trafalgar Dry stack. We have kept Dusky here for 4 years now . We have looked to relocate to give us more access to the west of the Wight . But having looked extensively at all the other possible options. No other dry stack gives you as much security and protection for the boat. None of them give you quick and easy access by car . It is by far the quickest for all of the south coast dry stacks. Always has parking spot. Which has recently been completely revamped to a lovely brick paved area. The doc crew and admin staff are fantastic and always helpful. They also have a lovely cafe right by the dockside. Don't need to be a dry stack users to go to it either. Check it out "Its a lovely spot to have lunch". Ref boat -The trip out of the harbor is the best in the area . I much rather have a run out of the harbour by boat than sit in traffic for a more southerly marina . The beaches on the east coast of the wight are the best. Hence why we stick with Trafalgar Dry Stack. .What am I saying - its rubbish here. Please stay away from this south coast dry stack heaven.
I've just renewed for a 3rd year and would highly recommend the Drystack for anyone boating from this area. My 8m sports boat is looked after very well, all year round and needs only minimal cleaning and maintenance. Launching is easy and fuss free and the Drystack will also fuel up the boat if you ask them. There's great parking, maintenance racks for working on the boat and an excellent cafe - all in a very attractive environment. The team are very professional and helpful and given the costs, storage facilities and convenience, it's a 'no brainer'.
The launch facilities are second to none. All the staff are helpful, polite and friendly. The wharf is highly maintained and the cafe is a definite bonus. Great place to keep and use your boat and launching can be achieved within an hour of picking up the phone. Happy days
