Queued up at the Till for ten minutes before another opened up, even though the call was going out for a member of staff. More attention needs to be paid to the length of the queues by the staff. Self service would be a godsend at this branch in Hilsea
Lovely shop with great produces, reasonable prices and wide range and options to pick from.
A very good store and great value for money - as all Lidl stores are. Perfect location between London Road and Eastern Road, with an ample amount of free parking provided on the store site. This is one of the company's larger stores and as such stocks a slightly bigger and better range of products. All staffs are friendly and helpful and approachable. My main "gripe" is the lack of customer toilets on site; there are staff toilets that can be used, but you have the indignity of having to ask staff at checkout tills for a key - not good customer focus Lidl!
The store in itself is good and they have great products with really good prices, don't get me wrong on that part at all, but the reason I am only giving it 3 stars is because you can enter the store at literally about 10AM, want to only grab a few bits and it will be about a 20 minute wait in line. They need self service or to open more of the tills.
Can't fault it for anything other than at times there is not enough tills open, I've seen this occur regularly. It has a free car park of generous proportions and plenty of space inside the supermarket too.
