The size of the cakes are definitely worth the price there massive and taste amazing

Ok.. just ok. Expensive for average product. Very rude old lady works here. Needs a customer service course. Charged extra to sit down on a seat outside yep, really! Sat on the free bench a few doors down.
Service is okay, if you don't know what you want straight away you get some very fidgety, huffy and puffy staff behind the counter.Apart from that, polite staff once you've ordered and good service quality.Every other Heidi's I've been in always has food ready to go etc. This one seems to always have barely anything on offer??Very very small in this one too.
