Great old fashioned pub. Lots of choice drinks wise. Great food menu at great prices. Brilliant, friendly atmosphere. Big enough to host parties. Fab place.
Nice pub right by the historic dockyards.Nice busy atmosphere, excellent range of beer, wine and gin and decent eating.It's no gastropub, but decent food at good prices served quickly.
A very good local IPA, vegan option and very attentive and kind staff. That's without saying the views, if you are lucky enough to get a seat by the windows are not bad, the price is cheaper that most Gunwharf and dockyard eateries and there is parking, buses and a train station near by. Use this pub!
Used to be so much better. Abominable bar area. 90 % has been transformed in a restaurant ; not much space left to enjoy a pint and socialize. Ales are well kept though. Most of the interior is still intact.
Good pub with a decent selection of beers and ciders. Pretty large, and a big 'smoking area' to escape to if you don't fancy the music or football. Just got new toilets too.
