The deco has friendly staff and a great atmosphere. They also have a variety of different theme nights throughout the week including a games night, burger night and a quiz night. You can get some delicious cocktails here and the drinks are very reasonably priced.
A lovely venue, the best rock/metal/alternative scene in Portsmouth. Long history and great menu. Very social-minded with loads of events. It's the place to be on Friday evenings. Roleplay Game club runs every Sunday afternoon (and you don't have to pay through the nose for a seat at the table - imagine that!). Comfy seats and the best mixed drinks in town.
Nice pub, the staff are friendly and the bar is kept tidy and clean. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed here during the day - unsure about the evening. Free pool table and interesting cocktails. Would recommend for a group of friends just wanting a relaxed afternoon with some music.
