Worst service experience as a company we have ever had, booked car in for service requested a courtesy car, advised 5pm night before not one available. Dropped car off for service, they advised repairs needed to be carried out, 2 days later picked car back up no repairs completed. Poor communication, diabolical service, we had read previous reviews and were concerned at the reputation but they are our nearest dealer for miles. Last time we use this company.
Worse service i have ever received, took one week to fix my car which should have taken 2 hours. I had to borrow a friends car to go over there just to receive an update on my car because they never bothered to answered thier phone or even when they do no one seems to know whats happening with my car. The only reason i took my car there is because my car is under warrant with them.
The company is an absolute shambles and this is very clearly demonstrated at this branch. I will never ever go here again! Impossible to get through to them on the phone, they've never once called me back to let me know my vehicles ready for collection. Undertook work without my content. The list goes on. Avoid at all costs, staff clearly have no training in customer service and the company as a whole is rotten from the top. Absolutely disgraceful.
Absolutely atrocious garage. Ive now been 3 weeks after picking my vehicle up with it not being in the condition that I was promised! Plus the service centre have had it now a week whilst they 'wait' for a meeting to approve the work although I've already been promised it before I bought the vehicle!! Need this resolving ASAP. It's a joke!
