Could do with a better waiting room
Really pleasant experience! Foul weather so I agreed it was sensible to drive an hour to Portsmouth to have windscreen rebonded rather than have it done at home! The staff were friendly and I was even offered tea during my wait. The service engineer was particularly good, pleasant, and helpful and kept me informed right through the operation. They started on it immediately I arrived for my booking. The whole business was very efficient and I thought the price was most reasonable compared to most garage costs.
Brilliant! Best service I've had in a long time. Managed to fit me in pretty much the same day I called. Cannot fault the customer service, from the head quarters in Bristol 'Lee' she was brilliant. But 'Sarah" in the Portsmouth branch was an absolute god send! Take my hat off to the staff who all pulled together to make it happen. That's team work! That's caring about your customers! That's top customer service!

Great service and friendly staff. I had an issue with a screen that was fitted a while ago. They confirmed there was a fault as I suspected and replaced it the same day at no expense to me, no fuss. Fantastic.
