In a nutshell... AVOID AT ANY COST.After a minor incident when a lady reversed into me, the insurance company sent me here. Worst possible service ever.1) You go in a room and no one cares about you, they all stare, but no one comes to help you out.2) I have been given a curtesy car with an empty tank and was advised to put petrol as soon as I leave the service. I put 20 of petrol based on their estimate that "it will take a while before they will contact me as they are busy". Guess what!? The next day they said they spoke with the insurer and my car is a write-off and they want the curtesy car back. So they basically stole 20 off me. And they can't refund them.3) I pick up my car and the fuel light is on (which it wasn't when I brought it in) and had 24 miles more on the clock than when I dropped it off. So they are using MY car without my consent.Please... avoid these people. Go ANYWHERE else.
If you want to be lied to and treated like an idiot go to autofix Portsmouth. They cant complete a simple repair to an acceptable standard. After i complained to admiral an independent engineer was sent out by them, he found 13 faults. Vehicle was returned for work to be corrected after 10 weeks it was returned with half the faults still present. Now its booked in to nationwide to be corrected. Please be warned and go elsewhere you have the right to choose the repairer. Any good bodyshop will give you a courtesy car. In 25 years of driving and a few minor accidents iv never known such a useless repairer and such stress and hassle.I have today (27/10/18) got my van back after just just over four months and three compliants to Admiral . Yes iv reported this to the financial Ombudsman.

Awful communication, rude, unfriendly staff, and that's before i've even taken my car to them for the repair. (I can be patronised at home for nothing!) Unfortunately I don't get a choice as they are the appointed repair centre. If you get a choice go somewhere else.......
