Used the unstaffed laundrette at the strand and my machine broke down so had to phone the other one on albert road was told to bring my soaking washing up to them as there was no staff to help . . And still had to pay full price . I would recommend you use another laundrette. No very helpful
Have used twice and service has been excellent both times. No issues. Well recommended as a dry cleaners on Albert road.
My dryer broke and I needed to use a dryer very quickly. I came in at 17:30 with the intention of taking most of the wet out of my bedding. Was told by the woman I'm closing shortly after a few mins of arguing and that I only want to use the dryer. For a place that closes at 6pm I would have expected something like that at 17:50 not 17:30. Then was told well you should have come earlier. Sorry I didn't expect my dryer to be broken when I got home and needed my bedding for the night.Very rude people and the price for a dryer is 111 now not 50p. Avoid if you can. I 4

Don't bother using this laundrette.... 6 for a load of washing which came out smelling like stale water and all needed re-washing despite following all available instructions. Waited forever to speak with a member of staff who shrugged his shoulders and told me it was strange and that was the extent of their resolution. I called to let them know about the issue in case it was a problem with the machine and got a very sarcastic and rude response from an incredibly ignorant lady.Apparently if you wish to use a laundrette you need to be well educated about the mechanics of a commercial machine Vs a domestic machine, and know that you cannot use washing liquid in the same manner as you can in a domestic machine. .....Think perhaps they need to be putting some of their profits into mastering the art of customer service before they no longer have a business to run!!
