Hi can you please tell if you have bigger size washer. I want to wash a blanket but it needs a bigger than average washer. Thanks.
I just came in to use the dryers to dry my bed covers. I used the second to end 50p dryer. It didn't feel like it was heating up very well so I asked the attendant if it worked ok - he said it was ok. After putting in 4 x 50p's the bed covers were still wet. I checked inside and it hadn't heated up very much at all. I asked again and the attendant said that I should move the bedding to another dryer. I asked about the 2 I just wasted on this machine and he said they would not give me a refund. I said I would write a review warning other customers and the attendant said 'Do what you want' This review is to warn other customers that the machines don't work correctly in this laundrette and that the owners refuse to refund you your money.
Good, local laundrette, have all the things you need. It's not always staffed, so make sure to have all the coins you need. The prices are quite high, but same is in almost every other place like that.
Never used a laundromat before, walked in clueless, the guy working here was my laundry spirit guide and talked me through everything without a hint of being rude. 6 per wash, seems pretty standard everywhere else, yeah I'd recommend
Only 1 set of directions for machines at the far end of the store. My machine started on the wrong setting and staff member said "well you need to pay again" I said that i cannot afford to as I am unfit to work with an injury. She called her boss and her boss had a go at her for "wasting her time" when i said I wanted a refund as I'm not getting the service I paid for. I would have used it in the store but now they have lost a customer. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE according to the boss good customer service is "WASTING HER TIME" There are better business in south sea that deserve your custom more than this chain.
