Stayed here for 3 nights over Christmas. This is a new Premier Inn, very comfortable and very quiet for a city centre hotel. I've stayed in all the hotel chain hotels in Portsmouth and this one is the best. Highly recommend.
Good central location. Despite being near the train station the sound proofing was excellent. Very impressed.
Conveniently situated next to the Portsmouth and Southsea railway station. Comfortable room. Breakfast good with hot food cooked to order, so fresh and piping hot. Staff welcoming and friendly.
Well what can I say other then it was a lovely experience. I stayed for 3 weeks for work and the staff made it feel like home. They were friendly, chatty and very attentive during meals. Anita lead the team and her customer service needs to praised! Ryan, David and Evie were also amazing and showed they enjoyed their jobs even when it was busy.Food was good, and large portions. The meal deal for 24 is great value for money whe. You need breakfast included. Would recommend to anyone, especially if here for a longer time.
Clean and tidy. Well priced. Convenient location. Good service. Didn't have breakfast. Park in the Brunel multi-storey and get your ticket validated at the hotel to get a discount.
