A lovely warm & clean hotel in a prime seafront setting with views of the Isle of Wight, with limited free undercover car parking & a Brewers Fayre Restaurant adjacent, that has amazing friendly & welcoming staff who just want you to have a perfect stay.The rooms are spacious with everything fully functional, the beds are amazing, so supportive, the shower had good water temperature plus pressure, this hotel has 3 floors with a lift & my stay was so peaceful & quiet until the last day, when sadly everyone who checked in decided to constantly slam doors & talk loudly!
Clean and warm in Cold February. Helpful staff. Able to eat late at Brewer's Fayre.Only downside no safety grab rail in shower.
Very good location for exploring the historic dockyards and the Brewers Fayre adjoining it has excellent views over the Solent where you can watch the hovercraft and ferries sailing by.The bathroom was not heated though, resulting in a terribly damp bathroom after a shower - water condensing on all surfaces and dripping off the ceiling isn't a feature I'd expect in such an otherwise decent hotel.
Booked an unlimited breakfast for two adults and 5 yr old online. Excellent service from the front desks welcome, all the restaurant staff and we had a wonderful time. My grandson thinks it is the best breakfast ever talking to the staff and watching the ships, hovercraft and boats (sausages, marmite on toast in little pots and chocolate pastry- what more could he want!). Everyone was super friendly. Thank you ever so much
