I really enjoy visiting this fish, amphibian and reptile shop, the staff are very polite and knowledgeable, and their animal stock is quite extensive and unique with many snakes, lizards, geckos, frogs, snails, tropical fish, cold water fish, spiders etc.They have a range of live foods such as crickets, mealworms and little bugs etc as well as frozen foods such as pinkies, mice, rats, chicks etc.The health and quality of their live stock is very high, and you will often notice that animals that are resting are very relaxed, and animals that are awake are alert and curious.The enclosures are clean and well maintained and the animals used to human interaction.They stock a range of accessories for all the animals they stock and sell, from the simple things like bowls, filters, air pumps, nets, protein blocks, lamp holders and charcoal to the more specialised items such as UV lamps, ceramic rocks, heat bulbs, snake/reptile enclosures (terrariums) and lots more!Their prices I feel are reasonable, and it would be nice if you could support the local community shops rather than purchasing online, as at the shop you get a wealth of information from experienced staff, something you don't get online.There is a local bus stop almost right outside and free parking outside the shop, so if you want to introduce your children to these animals, this is a wonderful shop to visit as there are many enclosures low enough that they can be viewed even by toddlers, this type of environment in a store of this type is quite magical as it can help reduce those occasional fears of snakes and spiders some children (even adults) develop as they grow, my curiosity in snakes started as a child, so to me, this location is heaven!

Very friendly staff. The animals, mainly reptiles, look very healthy and we'll loved by the staff. I spoke at length to the owner about his 100+ year old tortoise, I could have spent an age chatting, the bloke is so well informed. I went there for some fish... great selection, great condition and great price. We go there a lot and my kids love the place. Go find Bonnie and Clide... They're huge.
A fantastic shop. All staff are very knowledgeable. The animals are incredibly well cared for and the shop stocks a great range of food for your pets. Have used this shop for years, it's superb.
Amazing little Aladdin's cave full of interesting and exotic critters! Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. We often visit on rainy days just for something to do, their collection is way better than most zoos.
