Staff have always been friendly and the animals on site always seem to be happy, healthy and well cared for. A staff member was feeding rabbits with two toddlers and their parents when I was there recently which was lovely to see.Prices are reasonable, pretty average for a pet store and their range of products is really good. They also have a veterinary surgery inside the building (Companion Care Portsmouth), which is convenient and useful. Lots of parking outside too.Pictures are of a cute rat and a sleepy hamster I saw recently.Would recommend!
My dog loves this shop and loves to see other dogs here. Always have everything you need and puppy pads are really cheap!! There's always treats at the counter or down the treat isle and the customer service is really good you can tell they love animals there. Great service always from pets at home. They also have a vets there which do a good pet plan!
Got 4 fish, 1 is now dead but I've had non stop illness since I got them. Wierd because I've bought fish from here before and been 100% fine. No idea what's going on it's sad as it's my favourite species.
Great staff and location. I would say it's not the cheapest place but it is definitely a place where you can find almost everything to your pet. Plus the vet is really good.
Lovely store with kind, friendly staff. It's very clean & well organised & the animals are cared for very well. We love visiting this store. Excellent value & offers & they cheapest wild bird food around that we know of.
