Great parking, easy to find, friendly staff great vets ..5 star all the way
Dean and the staff at Hilsea went out of their way to fit my parrot, Bilbo, in this morning and the professionalism of the receptionists, the vet nurse and Dean was outstanding. They visited Bilbo at our home, handled him so compassionately, examined him, administered anti biotics and basically gave him the fighting chance he needed to recover. Bilbo has been my friend for 21 years and I can not thank or rate Downlands highly enough, they are outstanding. I have never met a better vet team and I have met quite a few over the years.
