Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.....I always know my kitties are in safe hands
The vet clearly loves animals and is very informative and puts you at ease straight away. My only negative - and I reckon this is how it goes with most vets - is that if your pet is seriously ill or in mortal danger and you have no money at the time, they will not treat your animal, literally leaving it to its fate. Distressingly, vets make no provision for such situations and this is the one point which might make me change vets if I find a nearby, decent and more humane organisation of the kind.
Bobby had major dental work today at The Cat Clinic in Albert Rd Southsea . I can't recommend these cat vets enough . The girls were the most helpful and caring vets Bobby and i could of wished for . Thank you to Clare, Kate , Rebbeca and Sarah from start to finish !
