Seeing as my previous reviews keep getting flagged and taken down I'll now be saving screenshots from all my reviews and showing proof if this gets taken down again.This company takes critisism and honest opinions about their day care as "personal attacks" and "innapropriate"(constantly flagging my reviews and getting then taken down so they can keep their record of good reviews which doesn't seem so good now that I realise they take down all the bad ones) And the two bad reviews that they can't take down have instead got replies that go along the lines of " we dont know them, dont listen to them" with them saying "this is being dealt with" basically translates to ''we are flagging it as much as possible''so this really does call into question the almost 5 star rating if he takes down all the bad ones that he gets. It also shows how unreliable google reviews actually is, Don't be fooled by all these 5 star ratings, he does and contines to take down all the bad reviewsAnyway onto my review which got taken down"Having a reply section would be useful, but as that feature does not exist, I'll just do a tasty review. This daycare is just as useful as pre-peeled bananas in plastic wrappers. Their walking sessions are so short you might as well walk ya pet goldfish instead, as it may last longer out of water then your dog will in this daycare. If you're gonna have a company involving dogs and not even contribute to any of the work that is needed to maintain said dogs, you might as well just get the dogs to eat their own fecal matter as that'll just make your job easier, oh wait, they already do. Great domesticating. *thumbs up emoji* Also the place is so small you might as well move into ya nans shed. Furthermore, loudly opinionating yourself does not consider as such a 'personal attack', it's just called being a man baby. Grow a pair. Night."i would like to add that since making this review they removed a reply from a previous review that was made which said ''we have never had a Jamie work at this place, this is a personal attack on the business and owner, this is being dealt with''.Stop taking this down.
Fantastic place and the staff love the dogs
Nice place, very easy to find. All the staff are so lovely and are great with my dog. Clean and professional - but the reception area can be quite hot during summer. A small fan or air con would be lovely.
Wonderful staff great care is taken to make sure your dog is happy and you feel safe in the knowledge they are happy well done team day care
