For students and people with UoP students only. Not much of a selection of real ales, but a decent range of lagers, ciders and spirits. It's very cheap and on Saturdays there is 20% off everything including drinks. They always show the sports and there are two projector screens and at least 5 large TVs dotted around. Normally they just show the football but if there's an international game of another sport they are happy to change at least some of the screens. If it's a big game then it's well worth getting there early to grab a spot because it gets absolutely rammed, which does result in a great atmosphere. Ravelin park is just outside and you're allowed to take your drinks out there which is great on a sunny day.There is a co-op in the same building which is handy because the kitchen isn't always open. When it is open they serve ok food but nothing special, and it is cheap enough to justify this.I think there is karaoche on Thursday nights but every other night there is a jukebox on the left hand wall that has a good range of music - I think it's 50p a song.Good place for a cheap student drink, especially because of its central location to most other uni buildings.
