Brilliant service, they are very careful and precise.They take a video of every detail of the car so if any damage is caused each party knows exactly where they stand.Job was finished very quickly and efficiently, in total it was around 1hr15mins.Top job, thanks guys, keep up the good work..
Professional but friendly staff. Replaced my windshield in less than 2 hours while I was having a complimentary coffee in the waiting room watching TV. I would definitely use them again.
USELESS!!!!!I seems to me in my opinion that they lie to get the money by giving you an appointment they cannot fill only to let you down.Arranged an appointment for Friday so paid them well over the odds (compared to local companies) to have the windscreen replaced. Shortly after i receive a call explaining that they cannot fit me in. Lucky for me they had an engineer that could fit me in the following day so i explained that that's fine BUT only if it was before 1 pm as I had to be out. Fine, they said.Its 13.14, i am now running late, no sign of an engineer and I'm told the engineer will be here later!!!!USELESS!!!!!!! I am going to post my experience to everybody i can, sadly for you i am in the motor trade and you WILL be losing business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help us on short notice. If it wasn't for this team of kind souls we would have missed our ferry to France and all the other bookings we had that followed. So, an amazing experience after the a not so nice experience of finding your car vandalized. Special thanks to John for the Saturday afternoon fix and Sophie who we spoke to on the phone along with her supervisor that day who between them made all the arrangements.
windscreen chip repair done in 20 mins, can't even notice the original chip. great staff, efficient service. Very pleased. Only went with these guys because they were my insurance's preferred repairer. Typically I would have sought auto glass but I'd return here no question
