Had this garage recommended to me by a friend when hunting around for a new place to take my car. Couldn't be happier. Honest and friendly workers who don't talk down to you when explaining what needs to be done. Gives you reassurance when you have next to no clue about cars and they put it in layman's terms. Reasonable prices and good quotes (any work you have done on a car is going to cost!). They are the sort of company that don't need big advertising because they are good enough to be able to rely on word of mouth. If you are looking for somewhere to take your car, this is the place!
I took my car in today for an MOT and a full service. The car drove very well afterwards. I was very impressed with the mechanics who were friendly but businesslike, straightforward and informative. My overall impression was that I had taken my car to the best place for it's needs and that it was at it's optimum when I drove it away. Thank u very much Smile.
After finding this garage online and looking at there 5* reviews i can see now they are well earned, they quoted my a service for 144 which was so much better than Mercedes-Benz's offer of 490. I was kept up to date with the progress and was given a courtesy car free of charge, the service was great and the staff where all very friendly which made it a pleasure of an experience, will 100% be using this garage for everything in the future for myself and my partners car. A garage that puts there customers first is a rare place and because of that i can't recommend anyone else but Smile and Repair. 10/10 Superb
Having never found a garage I fully trusted, I used a website based on customer ratings and choose to use Smile. Right from the confirmation email through to dropping in my car today and picking up the little Skoda loan car was a great experience.The work carried out was thorough, and detailed well in the paperwork provided. My car was left clean and tidy and the value for money was superb.
