Gym is spacious , with friendly but professional staff. With sauna and steam room included in the membership its good value for money.
Decent gym, got all the equipment you need and never over crowed. Showers are good plus sauna and steam room all for a decent price. Would recommend

From my experience, the gym is the best in Portsmouth. The staff are really friendly, professional and never too busy to help out or give advice. The gym equipment is excellent. Enthusiasm from instructors during the classes is awesome and helps you have a good session. Could not recommend this gym enough!!
