Love love love this club. All staff so helpful from management to the wonderful ladies and gents that keep the club so clean. The gym staff are so encouraging and so many classes to choice from so it never gets boring. The new blaze studio is treat addition and very addictive. I will definitely we signing up for my third year.

WATCH OUT, THEY LOCK YOU IN! Unfortunately I was unable to select zero star rating on here. After being a loyal customer with David Lloyd over the last 3 years I attempted to cancel the membership and expressed that I didn't agree to rolling into a 2nd or 3rd year term but am told that 3 month notice is required. You can leave rented accommodation and even a job in less time than this. It's essentially a massive scam that you are tied into and doesn't warrant the money you pay. DISGUSTED at their treatment. Tried to work with them directly, however, they weren't interested.
Not even worth 1 star to be honest. I never normally post reviews but thought I needed to let people know to avoid this gym at all costs. Had problems since I first joined. They cancelled my induction last minute, made no effort to reschedule. Told me I cannot use the gym until I have had it. Charged my account twice, told me they would refund half back straight away. It never cleared, they advised me to speak to my bank as it was their issue. No problems with my account, to then find out they cancelled the refund last minute. They are now refusing to refund me as it was not due. How can you take someones money and give me proof that it will be refunded to then stop it last minute!! They take days to reply back to emails in which they give disgusting customer service, they do not care nor are willing to offer an apology.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Go to pure gym down the road. Brand new facilities with much better service and a fifth of the price!
Absolutely terrible experience with this gym . Signed up for only three months and paid 87 a month. I informed them that I was leaving and apparently needed to give 30 days notice (so at two months). As I cancelled my direct debit they kept demanding a further payment and referred me to a debt collection agency even though I had intended to rejoin at a later date. In the end I had to pay 162 for a month I never went to the gym. Really aggressive management on the phone. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they were rude and insulting .You are far better off joining any other gym than them.
