Company are thieves. They do not bother with reminders, just take money from you, and refuse to cancel when told the bike is SORN. They also have the cheek to charge a cancellation fee before they stop taking money of you. Stay well clear of this company.Update: They also don't bother with sending bills, just harass you by phone and email demanding bank details. They want paying, they can send an invoice like a legitimate company
