Go elsewhere there are far better services offered by other insurers these just take your money and don't payout
Don't use this company...if u choose to make sure you READ THE SMALL PRINT!!! they have exclusions for almost everything and come up with any excuse not to pay out. Our German Shepard needed an operation on his cruciate ligament. We opted for their premier policy accident and illness extra, it was one of the more expensive policies of the ones I got quotes for online however, we thought that it would cover everything. Nothing could be further from the truth. They put a price cap of 1500 for the cruciate ligament surgery minus the 100 excess so actually only covered 1400. The operation for a large dog cost a little over 4500 so we had to pay the remaining 3000. THIS INSURANCE POLICY IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!
I have accident and illness cover. So when my dog had an accident i thought i was covered. Not so.Purley pets will only pay if my dog has an accident in office hours. How stupid and misleading is that.I only give 1 star because I must add 1 to write a review. This company is the worst. Disgusting how they try every way possible not to pay out. Do your self a favor, if your reading this. Go else where. I can not even leave the company without paying them to leave. So I am now paying for my vet treatment and an insurance that doesn't pay for treatment. They don't tell you your policy does not contain the information you need to read. You need to read the policy wording. It's the small print no one reads. Read it.
Absolutely rubbish DO NOT INSURE YOUR PET WITH THESE.Operation on my dog took place in October,claimed for some help towards the cost & was told it had been accepted & they are going to pay out! Still waiting despite numerous contact.Useless company.Not even worth 1 out of 5.
