Very bad customer service and won't renew my policy with them never ever I hope they go bankrupt soon my advice please dont use this insurance company
Very bad customer support. Disgusting fees for closing your policy. I had 3 moths left to go an a Clio and they charged me 91.00 to close it. I also had a chrysler ypsilon that I setup with them 2 days before choosing not to insure with them. When I closed that 2 day old policy they charged me 42, so I paid out 115 to close both policies. They all do it, but these f...ers do it with pleasure, arrogance and abruptness.
Extortion. 3 years customer with no claim bonus. I'm paying 40 more monthly than when I was on IN10. Thief and very bad customer service.Won't review with them next year.
DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. They renewed my insurance without any notice documents or email informing me. They put the insurance up by 250 per year and when I tried to cancel they said it would cost 220 to cancel. They are criminal in my opinion
