The new guard system is a step in the right direction but try to appoint people who arent completely arrogant and completely unreasonable. Made me buy a whole new ticket because i left my railcard in the car and had to catch the train coming. If you see a man with screwed up eyes checking tickets. Do me a favour and punch him in the nose.

Nice enough station. Can seem a bit rough and ready at times,but what station doesn't. Staff are helpful if needed. Good coffee shop with nice Americano.
