Staff are rude, have no respect for customers. Often late. Also, the whole place is not very clean or together.
Terrible appointments always being cancelled, and one member of staff can barely speak English, also they have no clue how to treat a customer
So far so good. My eldest is having treatment here, find the staff helpful and polite, progress on the teeth is amazing! Very impressed.
Would not come here from my self experience. I came here because my last orthodontist failed me, turned out cosham ortho is worse especially when trying to correct midline! I wish Id had stayed at my previous ortho. When I expressed my views on my treatment about my midline he aggressively raised his voice to me in front of my 2 y/o daughter saying to go back to my previous ortho he actually had me in tears as so did my daughter.. Very disrespectful so much so I told him. I got home and turned out some of the bands had come off on my brace too worried to go back because of his ridiculous rudeness I left it, Im now in pain. I shouldnt be made to feel like this! Very disrespectful, avoid at all costs! Because now I have no choice to carry on my treatment (since my impressions have been done). And settle for misaligned teeth!
My son came for his first appointment recently.The staff were polite and professional and the the orthodontist saw us promptly despite arriving slightly late as we got held up in traffic. The orthodontist reassured my anxious son and explained his treatment options, answered our questions, giving us informative leaflets to read at home. A very positive experience.
